Shipping

Orders are processed within three business days for ready-to-ship items. Made-to-order or customized pieces require a minimum of seven business days before shipment, depending on volume and design complexity. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

  • Standard Shipping – 4.99 flat rate for packages under one pound.
  • Priority Shipping – 9.99 flat rate for packages over one pound on orders under 149.99.
  • Free Shipping – Free shipping is available on orders over 149.99

Shipping rates are based on the total weight and value of your cart and must be selected manually at checkout when more than one option is available.

Returns

All sales are final. Lunaries does not accept returns or exchanges on candles, resin art pieces, or custom items.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. Clear photos or video documentation of the product and packaging are required for review.

Claims submitted after 72 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion. Lunaries is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. Items must be securely packaged.

Refund Processing

Once a claim is approved and processed, confirmation will be sent by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your financial institution.
