Shipping
Customized products will be shipped within a minimum of 7 days, depending on order volume, seasonal demand, and the complexity of your request. Most ready-to-ship items will dispatch within 3 days from the date of purchase.
To offer the best service possible, we provide the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – $4.99 flat rate (available for lighter, smaller items)
- Priority Shipping – $9.99 flat rate (typically delivered within 2–3 business days)
- Free Shipping – Available at checkout when your order total exceeds $149.99
Shipping rates are based on the total weight and value of your cart and must be selected manually at checkout when more than one option is available.
Returns
Unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact Lunaries within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected]. All return requests for damaged items must be supported by photo(s) or video for a replacement to be considered.
When returning a damaged or defective product, please package it securely to prevent further damage during transit. Lunaries is not responsible for items that are damaged during the return process.

Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable. We take great care to consult with customers and provide reference photos for colors, shapes, and other requested design details before beginning any commissioned work.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – there may be a delay before the refund posts.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
